The seventh step is to use the structure of the sentence flow to show lists and parallel thoughts.
Lining up parallel thoughts
Whenever there is a list or thoughts that parallel or contrast one another, it is helpful to line these thoughts up directly above one another. In this way, you can see at a glance those thoughts or items which the author has connected.
